Welcome to Your Movement Program

This program is designed to empower your health journey and deepen the effectiveness of your clinical treatments. With 25 easy-to-follow videos, you have a complete toolkit for self-care at your fingertips.

  • DAWN Series – A morning ritual for everyone to start the day with ease.

  • DAY Series – Quick self-treatments to counter the strain of sitting at work.

  • DUSK Series – Calming movements to release pain and daily stress.

  • EXTRAS – Supplemental tools for targeted self-treatment.

How to Practice There is no "right" pace—this isn't a race. Be guided by what feels best for you each day and foster the essential art of listening within. As your inner awareness grows, so does your capacity for lasting therapeutic change. Take your time, breathe, and enjoy the process.

A Proactive Approach to Health This online resource brings holistic, preventative healthcare into your daily life, helping you maintain vitality and support long-term physical health. The Wholistic Posture Program provides structured lessons designed to build deeper body awareness, midline organization, and inner stability.

By fostering relaxation, coordination, and fluidity of movement, you can reduce the internal resistance that often hinders the body’s natural ability to heal. These vital functions often suffer under the strain of a sedentary modern lifestyle or the accumulated history of past physical stress.

Please note that the "Posture Friend" cushion designed for complement this movement program is no longer available: manufacturing in Australia has proven too costly.
